All prices are quoted in CAD$ funds unless noted otherwise. At time of Order, Customer agrees to pay Milk Web Design a one time fee of CAD$ Website Set-Up, and the further amount of CAD$ as fees for first and last months Web Site Services. Any additional services chosen by Customer will also be paid at time of contract signing. Customer further covenants to pay, on a monthly basis, CAD$ for the entire duration of this contract in respect of Website Design and Hosting Services. Customer has the option to pay monthly by credit card, or by cheque in full. Should Customer fail to remit monthly payment, as required, within thirty (30) days of scheduled monthly date, Milk Web Design reserves the right, and is hereby authorized, to withdraw Customer's Website from the World Wide Web and collect any remaining unpaid balance.

Customer's Website will include sections to be selected by Customer, 1 Customer E-Mail account, and Milk Web Design Hosting Services. Customer has the opportunity, at any time during the term of this contract, to request minor design changes to the selected Pre-Designed Website Style on payment of a one time design fee in respect of such changes set by Milk Web Design. Customer may choose additional Website related services, as listed on pg. 1, to be invoiced at the monthly or one-time rates specified.

This contract between Milk Web Design and Customer for Website Design, Hosting Services, and additional Website related services will continue in force for twenty-four (24) calendar months at which time this contract will automatically renew on a 24 month duration unless Customer notifies Webaffairs.ca Inc in writing sixty (60) days prior to end of contract.
